Major research activities center on surgical outcomes in all areas of otolaryngology as well as specific surgical techniques including computer-aided surgical planning, devices to increase surgical safety and new minimally disruptive surgical approaches. Our cancer surgeons focus on microvascular reconstruction of the head and neck as well as projects studying molecular profiles and gene analysis in oral carcinogenesis.
